(Buckrail) – Yesterday, Yellowstone National Park received the first confirmed report of bear activity for the spring.
According to the Yellowstone National Park, Quinn Harrison snapped this photo of a large grizzly bear in the Nez Perce drainage during a wolf survey flight.
“Time to carry bear spray and take precautions to avoid surprise encounters with bears when skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking,” said Yellowstone in a Facebook Post.
